- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.

Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days.
- Express delivery: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order status through your account on our website.
Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will make two attempts to deliver your package.
- If you are unavailable to receive the package, please ensure that someone is available at the address to collect it on your behalf.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at info@theplantsandpetals.com.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with our delivery partner.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional Information
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Delivery to remote locations may take longer than standard delivery times.

Return & Refund
Luonto Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy
At Luonto , our exchange, return, and refund policies prioritize our customers. We are committed to delivering exceptional service.
These policies are valid only for purchases made through our official website, www.Luonto.in They do not apply to items bought at physical stores or on third-party platforms.
You can reach us at info@Luonto.in or call us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement, return, or refund.
Returns
We don’t accept returns. The only exceptions are for products that are damaged, expired, or incorrect.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method, or points will be added to your account. Cash refunds are not available for COD orders. Refunds may be issued via Points , or bank transfers.
Refunds cannot be made to third-party bank accounts. The customer's name must match the name on the bank account.
Bank account refunds will be processed within 7-8 business days, and credited in the customers's accounts within 7-10 business days subject to quality check clearance.
Refunds will not be applicable if a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@luonto.in
Exchange items will be proccessed within in 3-7 business days
Exchanges may be considered in the following cases:
- Damage during transit, if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Quality-related concerns, subject to verification by our quality control team after a detailed evaluation.
- The product must be returned for a replacement to be issued; replacements are not permitted without the return of the original item.
